Teacher CPD Session
Join us for an art-making and practice-sharing educator session led by our Associate Artist Charlotte Tupper. The workshop will be part of a special viewing of our two new exhibitions, Augustas Serapinas: Physical Culture and Chico da Silva: And the soul is for the birds. Chico da Silva’s vivid, colourful paintings are a glimpse into a cosmology fuelled by the artist’s imagination, mythology and folklore. Chico’s works call attention to the interconnectedness of everything. Augustas Serapinas’ work reimagines spaces to reveal and challenge social norms. Reflecting on his experience as an art student within a system that emphasised practice and repetition, he transforms the gallery into a functioning gym and art school.
