Our mission is to be a site of artistic discovery and cultural collaboration; a place where art connects, bringing people from across our city and around the world together to nurture and reshape the future of art and ideas.

We are a charitable arts organisation with a strong local, national, and international profile based in the heart of Nottingham. Since opening our doors in 2009, we have welcomed over one million visitors to our globally renowned programmes of exhibitions, learning and performance. In addition to this, we are committed to delivering a range of progressive engagement projects for community groups, young people, children, and families that reach thousands of people each year from across the local region.

With the increased financial pressures faced across the cultural sector, the generosity of our donors has been vital in helping us fulfil our mission. There are keys ways you can support Nottingham Contemporary: by joining one of our individual giving circles, supporting a project as a corporate sponsor or grant-maker, hiring one of our spaces for your event, or by making a one-time donation.
