Nottingham Chamber Music Festival: Miniatures

Nottingham Contemporary partners with Nottingham Chamber Music Festival to bring live music to the city centre. We hosts an afternoon of exciting short “Miniatures” featuring music by Bach, Biber, Stravinsky, and more. Festival Director Carmen Flores on viola, and Guest Artist Lisa Nelsen perform three short concerts and visitors can experience these performances in the gallery space. Concerts last approximately 30 minutes and visitors will be free to move throughout the gallery.

Miniature I: Carmen Flores, solo viola, 1pm

Miniature II: Lisa Nelsen, solo flute, 2pm

Miniature III: Carmen Flores & Lisa Nelsen, 3pm

Due to Covid-19 guidelines, these concerts will not be seated and are limited to numbers of visitors allowed in the gallery at one time.
