Prepare to be dazzled as this year's Light Night promises an unforgettable weekend filled with light based installations and awe-inspiring experiences across the city.

We invite you to explore the Infinite Valley - a mesmerising psychedelic liquid light show that immerses you in a kaleidoscope of colour and wonder at Nottingham Contemporary from artists based at local gallery and studios BACKLIT.

Our galleries will be staying open late on Friday and Saturday until 9pm so there's even more to see on your Light Night explorations! Click here for more information on our current exhibitions. Please note: Gallery 4 (part of Daniel Lind-Ramos: Ensamblajes) will be closed.

Blend at Contemporary will be helping to keep you cosy on your Light Night trail with hot drinks by our main entrance too.
