Creative Travels Workshops

Join Nottingham Contemporary associate artists, Chris and Sian, for weekly creative workshops on board a narrowboat as we gently meander along the River Trent. Using the natural landscape for artistic inspiration and the canalboat as our studio, we’ll experiment with sketching, sculpture, sound and poetry together in a small group. This is an opportunity to meet and connect with other people and try something new in a unique, laid back creative environment.

Week 1 Drawing/Sketching

Week 2 Colour and Form

Week 3 Printing

Week 4 Weaving and Sculptures

These workshops are designed to support positive mental health and physical wellbeing.
