BSL Exhibition Tour: Jason Tennant
Join us for a BSL Exhibition Tour of Basel Abbas & Ruanne Abou-Rahme:Prisoners of Love: Until the Sun of Freedom with Jason Tennant.
This season, we are presenting a major new commission by the Palestinian artist duo Basel Abbas and Ruanne Abou-Rahme who work together across sound, image, text, installation and performance. This exhibition features the artists’ largest multi-media installation to date, celebrating their significant contribution to the field of research driven audio-visual art, exploring songs, poems and daily acts of resistance. In this tour Jason will encourage the visitors to explore the key artworks through his eyes and engage with the participants to understand elements of the artists’ vision.
Jason’s tours are always delivered in British Sign Language without an interpreter or a voiceover.
We welcome all people that are fluent in BSL, whether they are Deaf or learning BSL.
