We are excited to host a Summer Craft Fair this year at Nottingham Contemporary, taking place across the 3rd & 4th June, with a Preview Evening on Fri 2nd June. Held in our large performance Space, our craft fair will have over 35 stalls, showcasing a fantastic range of different specialisms including textiles, print, jewellery, ceramics, homeware, stationery and more.
Application requirements:
We are looking for independent designers, makers and small businesses across a broad selection of disciplines with a focus on quality and original design.
Stall costs £170
All stalls are provided with a trestle table approx 182cm x 68cm, white tablecloth and a chair (more chairs available if required).
All prices are inclusive of VAT and are for the full weekend, including the preview evening on Fri 2nd June (opening times to be confirmed) and two full days on Sat 3rd June and Sun 4th June.
Set up will be from 9am on Fri 2nd June. Take down will be from 5pm on Sun 4th June.
Included in the costs:
- Trestle table approx 182x68 cm, white tablecloth and two chairs
- Marketing via social media to our combined reach of 126k+
- Paid social media advertising
- Mail outs to our wide audience and details across our website
- Printed flyers and posters
- Our galleries will also be open and are a popular attraction in Nottingham

To apply please download and fill out the application form and send it across, with 5 high-res images, including one of a previous stall set up to craft@nottinghamcontemporary.org. The application deadline is midnight on Wednesday 12th of April 2023.

All applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application within a week of the application deadline date.
Applications will be carefully selected on the quality of their submission. We aim to bring a variety of fields, price points and makers to our audiences. Due to the number of applications that we receive, we are unable to accept them all and give direct feedback to each individual entry. We do hold a reserve list if spaces become available.
