We are excited to return this year with Craft Fair Contemporary, taking place across 3rd & 4th Dec, with a Preview Evening on Fri 2nd Dec. Held in our large performance Space our Craft Fair will showcase over 35 stalls.
Craft Fair Contemporary is our established annual fair attracting visitors from Nottingham and beyond. This festive fair is one of our biggest events of the year with visitors returning year on year. Showcasing a fantastic range of different specialisms, our fair attracts a wide variety of talented makers from the East Midlands as well as many brilliant designers from across the country.
Application requirements:
We are looking for independent designers, makers and small businesses across a broad selection of disciplines with a focus on quality and original design. Appplications are open to designers and makers working in textiles, print, jewellery, ceramics, homeware, stationery and more.
Applications will be carefully selected on the quality of their submission. We aim to bring a variety of fields, price points and makers to our audiences.
Stalls Available:
Stall costs £170 for the full weekend.
All stalls are provided with a trestle table approx 182cm x 68cm, white tablecloth and chair.
All prices are inclusive of VAT and are for the full weekend, including the preview evening on Fri 2nd Dec (5pm-8:30pm) and two full days on Sat 3rd Dec (10am-6pm) and Sun 4th Dec (11am-5pm).
Set up will be from 9am on Fri 2nd Dec. Take down will be from 5pm on Sun 4th Dec.
Included in the costs:
- Trestle table approx 182x68 cm, white tablecloth and chair
- Marketing via social media to our combined reach of 121k
- Paid social media advertising
- Mail outs to our wide audience and details across our website
- Printed flyers and posters
- Our galleries will also be open and are a popular attraction in Nottingham

To apply please download and fill out the application form and send across with 5 high-res images, including one of a previous stall set up to craft@nottinghamcontemporary.org.
Application deadline is midnight Wed 17th Aug 2022.
All applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application by 7pm on Thurs 25th August.
All applications will receive confirmation that their application has been received.
Due to the amount of applications we receive we are unable to accept all applications and give direct feedback to each individual entry. We do hold a reserve list if spaces do become available.
