The Big Give 2025
In March 2025, for a second time, we took part in The Big Give – the UK’s biggest matched funding campaign.
The Big Give pledged £2,500 in matched funds to our free BIG Room Family Films project, so we needed to raise a further £2,500 to unlock those funds during a week-long campaign that started on 18 March, raising £5,000 in total. Every donation, no matter the size, made double the difference.
Thanks to your generous support, we exceeded our target, raising over £6,000 to continue our BIG Room free family films programme. This funding means we can continue to reach hundreds of those most in need through community partners and local food banks, and provide a free and warm, welcoming environment during the toughest months of the year.
Your support will enable us to open our doors to those most impacted by rising costs and family services under strain in Nottingham, bringing communities together during challenging times. You can find out more about the BIG Room Family Films project here.
