Fully booked

Join artists, designers, play workers and community workers for conversation about the role of play in public space. This event offers an opportunity for peer-to-peer conversation, sharing experiences from Nottingham and beyond.

During the session, we’ll hear from people working with play in different ways, and reflect on local histories and inspiring national and international projects.

The event is open to anyone interested in the way that play can shape public space, and opens a dialogue on how to centre play and children’s voices in the city.

During the event, we’ll share a light lunch. Please let us know any dietary requirements when booking.

This event takes place during the closing weekend of Assemble + Schools of Tomorrow: The Place We Imagine exhibition at Nottingham Contemporary, and is delivered in partnership with Primary, in relation to their Build Create Play project.
