Marguerite Humeau, artist of the exhibition FOXP2, in conversation with Sam Thorne, director of Nottingham Contemporary.
The London-based French artist Marguerite Humeau has described herself as an “Indiana Jones in Google times”. Her work weaves together factual events and speculative narratives, reanimating voices from long-extinct creatures and distant eras.
FOXP2 is a solo exhibition, in partnership with the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, exploring travels through different worlds and times.
